WE ARE COMMITTED TO BRINGING YOU CLEAN, REAL, LOCAL FOODS
Our dairy is free of rBST, GMOs, hormones & excessive antibiotics; produce & cheeses are at least produced under organic (or "beyond organic") practices. 50% of our grains are stoneground and grown in NY, 50% are organic and milled in NY. From Spring to late Fall, we source about 90% of our ingredients from vendors at the Saturday Delmar Farmers Market (all of the producers come from within 30 miles and have committed to sustainable production methods). That means the materials we work with have been plucked ripe and recently from healthy soil. They get loaded directly into our farmers' truck and transferred to our 1978 VW bus at market, then go straight to the shop about 5 miles away, where we work with what's in season and fresh. We've spoken at length with each producer as we have gotten to know them over the years, and they all care deeply (as we do) about the same thing:
providing clean, fresh, nutritious and delicious foods to you.
KNOW YOUR FARMERS, KNOW YOUR FOOD!
We are proud to help support the livelihoods of our
friends, neighbors, and members of our larger community
by partnering with the following sustainable, local producers.

OUR PURPOSE:
Here at All Good, we don't throw buzzwords around carelessly. We are genuinely concerned about what we put in our bodies and yours. CLEAN, LOCAL, FRESH, REAL FOOD that help us all maintain a healthy lifestyle (with regard to our bodies & our environment) is what we're all about. Everything we prepare is made from-scratch, in-house. We thoroughly research our suppliers and support small, local, family businesses that bring us their sustainable raw or minimally processed ingredients expending the least amount of miles possible. By doing so, we support a large community of local families which boosts our regional economy, lowers our carbon footprint, allows us to present fresher, more nutritious food to you and really get to know the people we work with. These actions fulfill our most important goals: strengthening relationships with the people in our neighborhood and greater community, and contributing to the improvement of clean food-security in our region, for everyone.
More restaurants in the Capital Region are beginning to source some of their ingredients from local farms, a fact that we are celebrating! There are a plethora of responsible, very hard working farmers surrounding the Capital Region from whom to choose. They deserve the recognition and need your business! We are committed to being transparent 100% of the time about where our ingredients come from, at any given time as the seasons change. We are always interested in having conversations with you about how our food is grown and exactly what's in it. The only materials we get from our wholesale supplier, Hillcrest Foods in Saratoga, are flour, Earth Balance, vegan fair-trade organic chocolate chips & sugars, organic oils, baking soda and powder, Kosher salt, and paper products. We work really hard to achieve low food waste, repurposing or composting our scraps with The Radix Sustainability Center of Albany.
We regularly donate loaves to Capital Region charities that feed the hungry. We recognize the importance of healthy whole grains & other whole foods in everyone's diet, especially for people without affordable, convenient access.
Your feedback is important to us and helps us get better at what we love to do. Please feel free to email your ideas and suggestions to allgoodbakers (at) gmail (dot) com.
